Room information

Although our location is near the industrial zone of Lokeren, all our seminar rooms offer tranquillity and comfort. They are all equipped in a very stylish way, so they are perfect for all kinds of seminars. All our seminar rooms have natural daylight and you can enjoy the view over the nature reserve Molsbroek. If the weather is nice, you can have a moment of relaxation in our garden.

All our seminar rooms are equipped with the newest features and can be rented together or separately. Every room has a lighting installation so you can adjust the light yourself during your seminar. There is also air conditioning and you can choose between different types of background music. Wireless internet is available in the whole building. You can buy an internet ticket at the reception desk at the current prices.

We can put the conference rooms in the different classic seminar set-ups, depending of the set-up of the audio-visual material and according to your wishes. The styles of set-up are: square, U-shape, theatre, classroom, banquet and cabaret.

It is important to know that the rent of the seminar room includes :

The standard equipment is available per rented unit. If you rent 2 rooms as one unit, the same equipment will be available (1 flipchart, 1 beamer,...) as for 1 room.

Water in the room

Still and sparkling water will be available at € 5,00 per bottle, 21% VAT included.

Extra material for rent

A flip chart at € 20,00, 21% VAT excluded.
A whiteboard at € 20,00, 21% VAT excluded.

We can also rent other material like eg. a wireless microphone, a video recorder, ... at the current prices of the rental firm.

Pen and writing pad

A writing pad with 20 sheets and a pen for sale at € 1,25, 21 % VAT excluded.

Internet tickets

You can buy internet tickets at the reception desk at the current prices.
