Ingredients pastry cream
6 dl milk
5 egg yolks
100 grams of sugar
50 grams of corn starch
Preparation pastry cream
- Cook the milk
1 kilo mussels from Zeeland
1 leek (white)
celery - lemon
1 big potato
1 dl white wine
1 dl cream 40% fat content
- Rinse the mussels in cold water and add some salt.

Together with these people, our expert team of 20 employees, divided into different departments, works day and night to give our guests a memorable stay.
Biznis Hotel – Brouwershof is managed by Caroline Engels, who was already active in several management positions in the past. She is assisted by her husband Sam Vermeiren, who is responsible for the “food & beverage”-part of the business.
Marlies Gentier and Ellen Claeyé welcome the hotel guests at the reception desk. They also deal with room reservations, incoming telephone calls and e-mails.
