General information
Table decoration
We work mostly with round tables and they are covered in a simple and modern style. We provide for candles and extra table decoration. We also put some menu cards on the tables.
Flowers
It is also possible to order flowers with us, our home florist delivers original vases with flowers, but also stylish bouquets. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. You can also arrange the flowers yourself.
Table arrangement & capacity
We have round tables, where 8 to 10 persons can sit comfortably. Depending of the room arrangement and the available space, we can also use oval tables for 8 to maximum 20 persons. The whole room has a sitting capacity of approximately 120 persons, dance floor included.
Music
During the reception, lunch or dinner, there is always background music playing. If you would like to have a deejay, we can give you some useful addresses. However, the booking should be made by you.
The rent of the room
The rent of the room depends of the type of party and the options you want concerning the design. If you want an offer, based on a specific request, we can give you more information about this.
Cork right
When you want to bring your own wine/champagne, this is possible if you pay cork right (champagne or sparkling wines € 10,00 a bottle; wines € 8,00 a bottle).
Honeymoon suite
The suite, with the theme of "Thousand and One Nights" will charm you with its authentic oriental furniture, canopy bed, flat screen TV, jacuzzi, ... You can book the room at the current price. Breakfast is included and will be served in the room with a bottle of Cava at the requested time. If possible, we will try to arrange a late check-out.
Other rooms
It seems to be a trend that the guests of the party stay to spend the night in the hotel. You do not need to worry about the late return, alcohol tests or any other things. We also see that the guests like to have breakfast together the next day to end the party. Our very interesting week-end rates are an extra stimulus. You will find a price table here.
