Options
If you ask for an offer, you can get an option. This option is completely free of obligations. The duration of this option depends on the date of request and the date of the event.
Confirm option
If you agree with our proposal, we request an advance payment of 30% of the total offer price as a confirmation.
As soon as we have received this advance payment, we will book your reservation.
Number of people
If we make an offer, we ask for an estimate of the number of guests. A month before the event, you should give us an update of this number, which is the provisional number. For short-term events, we consider the number of people mentioned in the offer as the provisional number. We have to receive a written confirmation with the definitive number of guests at least 3 days in advance. This definitive number will also be charged.
Changing number of people
If the difference between the provisional and the definitive number of people is a decrease of more than 40%, we are obliged to charge a compensation or a supplement.
Cancellations
We only accept written cancellations. In that case, we keep the advance payment as a compensation.
Damage
All damage, caused by the guest, to goods belonging to or which are part of the hotel, will be accepted without any discussion of the customer and according specification of the management. Concerning the parking or garaging of vehicles on the parking place of the hotel or in the garage boxes: the hotel has no responsibility whatsoever concerning damage to and/or theft or disappearance of items inside the vehicle, possible physical injuries to guests or others which could occur in these places.
We are not responsible for your equipment and products during an event. You can always lock the conference room by using the key card which you received on arrival.
Smoking ban
It is forbidden to smoke in our hotel. Not in the rooms, the corridors or any other space inside.
Extra drinks
All the drinks that the hired dj and/or orchestra will have, will be charged to you. This is also the case for the drinks that your guests and family will have between receptions. We never serve spirits during parties, unless you specifically demand this. These will also be charged extra.
Prices
These prices replace all the previous price lists and are not binding. We keep the right to change them according to the market prices.
Payment of the invoice
Our invoices have to be paid cash within 8 days.
